Description:
The history of health and the impact of environmental,
biological and behavioral factors on human health are examined. Discussion includes topics related to
epidemiology and vital statistics; maternal, infant, childhood, adolescent,
adult and geriatric needs; demography; personal hygiene; communicable disease
control; water, food and milk protection; and function of major governmental
and international agencies.
