New Student Application Process

Welcome to the Texas Chiropractic College Financial Aid Process for Prospective Students



  • It is strongly suggested that you print this page now and save it for future reference as you complete the financial aid process.
  • Financial Aid Deadline: All documentation pertaining to your financial aid must be completed and submitted by April 15th of each school year.


Step One:

Complete Texas Chiropractic College General Application for Financial Aid. Print and complete this application. Once you are done you have 3 options:

1) Mail it to:

3) Deliver in person to Financial Aid Office during normal business hours.

Step Two:

Apply for Department of Education PIN number.

Before beginning a FAFSA, you must apply for a Department of Education PIN (personal identification number). Apply for one NOW at

You will receive an email with the PIN within 3-5 business days and must have this information before you can complete the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

This PIN will be used at various points during the Financial Aid process. Please put it in a place you will remember.

Step Three:

Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) For all federal financial aid programs students must complete a FAFSA. The FAFSA can be completed electronically at school code for Texas Chiropractic College is 003635.

IMPORTANT: Be sure you have your PIN available as you complete the FAFSA. If you forgot your PIN, click here: You will receive an email response within 3-5 business days.

Step Four:

Entrance Counseling: As a first-time borrower at TCC, this easy process will ensure that you understand your rights and responsibilities regarding student loan debt.

Go to Sign in by using the PIN received from the Department of Education (step #2). Continue on with the quiz and answer the questions regarding the student loan process. The Financial Aid office will be notified with a confirmation once you have completed this step.

You must complete Entrance Counseling prior to completing the next step.

Step Five:

You will need to submit the Master Promissory Note only once in order to apply for all the Federal Direct Loans you will receive while attending Texas Chiropractic College. The Financial Aid Office will process your loan each academic year based on how your loan was processed the previous academic year. You will receive notification in the form of a Financial Aid Award Letter each time a loan is processed for you.
