Graduating Ambassadors Honored at Dinner

Graduating Ambassadors
Above: Director of Enrollment Management, Dr. David Anderson, Cindy Harden, Aimee Warmath and Dean of Enrollement Management, Dr. Fred Zuker.

The Office of Admission hosted an Ambassador dinner at Lupe Tortilla in Clear Lake July 29th to honor those Ambassadors who will be graduating this August.

The Ambassadors honored were Aimee Warmath and Cindy Harden. Both students, who worked hard while maintaining a good academic standing, were recognized and presented a plaque for their commitment and dedication to TCC, admissions, and the chiropractic profession. Their contributions to the organization helped to make it the success that it is today.

This dinner was the second in a new tradition for the TCC Ambassadors. Also in attendance were other members of the Ambassadors and Admission Counselors Kristina Hanson and Sandra Wilson, Director of Enrollment Management Dr. David Anderson, and Dean of Enrollment Management Dr. Fred Zuker. Come See the New TCC Career Development Center

Career Development

The TCC office of Institutional Advancement officially launched their Career Development Center at this year's Homecoming Convention. The CDC, housed in the Institutional Advancement suite in the Harris Building, features Locus software with very detailed demographics to nearly every zip code in the U.S., access to an online resume builder, NCMIC's "Starting into Practice" resources, and computer stations with links to various classifieds, business development aids, practice management solutions and chiropractic publications.

The CDC will offer presentations by expert guests, Small Business Administration speakers, workshops on how to create, plan and finance a practice, job fairs, chiropractic resources and best practice demonstrations.

The Career Development center is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Fridays. Call Nikki Hurley at 281-998-6060 or nhurley@txchiro.edu for more information or stop by the CDC office.
