COST & REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Pre-registration rate by June 25, 2010, is $100.00 per player. Rate is $125.00 per player after June 25. Everyone must register no later than July 2, 2010. ENTRY FEE INCLUDES Green Fee, Cart , Practice Range, Goody Bag, Lunch, and Trophies.

- Tee-off time, 8:00 AM Shotgun Start

Entitles donor to entry benefits for six players, recognition plaque, hole sponsorship and
recognition at awards luncheon.
GOLD SPONSOR $1000
Entitles donor to entry benefits for four players, hole sponsorship and recognition at awards
luncheon.
SILVER SPONSOR $500
Entitles donor to entry benefits for two players, hole sponsorship and recognition at awards
luncheon.
FOURSOME ENTRY FEE $400
Entitles donor to entry benefits for one foursome.
INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEE $100
