Dr. Stephen Foster is a 1990 graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. He has been involved with chiropractic education for more than 17 years and is currently the Director of Assessment and Development at TCC. His role is to develop student and programmatic evaluation tools to enhance the educational program. He has a broad spectrum of experience in areas such as classroom instruction, clinical education and competency assessment.

Dr. Foster's primary interest is in the area of educational research with emphasis on educational methods, curriculum design, faculty development and competency assessment methods.
