Academic Calendar Changes & Updates for 2010-12

12/16/2009 - On Wednesday, December 16, 2009, Dr. Richard G. Brassard and the President’s Cabinet approved changes and updates to the Texas Chiropractic College Academic Calendar for 2010-2012.

Effective with the Spring 2010 trimester, the week-long student break which had been held during the summer trimesters will be shifted to March and held the week prior to NBCE Parts I, II, III and PT exams. For 2010, this means there will be no classes held March 15-19 (please note that this does not apply to clinic hours). There will no longer be a summer holiday.

This change pushes back the end of the Spring 2010 trimester to April 21, with commencement now scheduled for April 17. For the Summer 2010 trimester, new student orientation is May 10 and classes will begin on May 11.
