Visual Diagnosis: Clinical Diagnosis from the Anatomy Lab

Course Description:

This course is designed to enhance clinical skills and increase core knowledge through hands-on, clinically orientated gross anatomy. Patient case presentations are interwoven with human dissection in the gross anatomy lab to provide learners with an opportunity to visualize and touch specific anatomy that corresponds to common neuromusculoskeletal disorders.

Registration Information

Costs for these courses are:
12-hour weekend (Sat 12pm – 6pm, Sun 8am – 2pm) = $300 (12 CE credits)

Weekend 1: Anatomy of UPPER LIMB Disorders

Focusing on:

  • Shoulder
  • Pectoral region
  • Elbow and wrist
  • Peripheral neuropathies of the upper limb

May 17 and 18, 2014 (Sat 12pm – 6pm, Sun 8am – 2pm)


Weekend 2: Anatomy of SPINE Disorders

Focusing on:

  • Cervical spine
  • Thoracic spine
  • Lumbar spine
  • Radiculopathies

October 18 and 19, 2014 (Sat 12pm – 6pm, Sun 8am – 2pm)


Weekend 3 Anatomy of LOWER LIMB Disorders

Focusing on:

  • Pelvis
  • Knee
  • Ankle and foot
  • Peripheral neuropathies of the lower limb

March 21 and 22, 2015 (Sat 12pm – 6pm, Sun 8am – 2pm)
