WHAT: To perform the medical exam for commercial drivers after May 21, 2014, federal regulations require all health care providers to become certified in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. To become certified in the National Registry, all providers must attend an Accredited National Registry Training Course and pass the National Registry Certification Test.

Completion of this accredited training course qualifies licensed DCs, MDs, DOs, PAs, ANPs and NPs to take the National Registry Certification test.Learn the FMCSA Medical Standards, Advisory Criteria, and Guidelines and how to apply them to determine correct driving status. Where applicable, perform the medical exam for School Bus Drivers.

Course Duration: 12-14 hours.
