Library Facilities

Private Study Rooms
The Library houses six study rooms for groups of two or more. The rooms are generally available on a first come, first served basis, but may be reserved for specific periods up to two hours.  Each room contains white boards, TV/VCR’s and electrical plugs for laptops.   

Computer Lab
The recently expanded LRC Computer Lab contains 46 workstations, two CD-burners and a document scanner.  Here, students may access the Internet, check e-mail and Blackboard, prepare papers using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and search a variety of online academic and health sciences databases, including PubMed, the Index to Chiropractic Literature, and MANTIS.

Wireless Internet
The Library provides wireless Internet access for patrons with person laptop computers.  Selected study carrels are equipped with electrical and network outlets.

Photocopy Room
Four digital photocopy machines are located in the glass-enclosed room near the Library’s front entrance.  Photocopies cost $.05 per page.  Our machines accept coins, $1 bills and $5 bills.  Copy cards valued at $5.00, $10.00 or $20.00 may also be purchased at the Circulation Desk. 

Fax Machine
A fax machine is also available in the Library.  There is a $1.00 per page fee to send a fax ($5.00 per page outside U.S.) and a $0.60 per page fee to receive a fax.  Please request assistance for all faxes at the Circulation Desk.
