D'Shean Kennedy - Director of Admissions
D’Shean Kennedy, DC, is the Director of Admissions at Texas Chiropractic College, where she leads with a strong commitment to student success and a deep passion for the chiropractic profession. She is an alumna of TCC and a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Kennedy brings a firsthand understanding of the student experience and the dedication required to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
She believes strongly in evidence-based chiropractic education and is committed to ensuring that every prospective student receives the guidance, support, and information they need to make confident decisions about their academic and professional futures. Her student-focused approach emphasizes relationship-building, transparency, and creating pathways that help future chiropractors thrive in the classroom, in clinical settings, and throughout their careers.
In her role, Dr. Kennedy collaborates closely with applicants, campus partners, and members of the chiropractic community to cultivate an admissions experience that reflects the values, rigor, and innovation that distinguish Texas Chiropractic College.

Andrea Torres - Senior Enrollment Coordinator
Andrea Torres, a proud Texas native, was born and raised in Houston. She pursued Healthcare Administration at the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Andrea brings valuable communication skills to her endeavors.
Adding a touch of joy to her life, Andrea recently became a dog mom and is loving every moment with her furry companion.
When asked if she had any encouragement for prospective students, Andrea said, "Do not let the prerequisites or course load deter you. The TCC community is ready to support you in every aspect of our Doctor of Chiropractic journey."

Yolanda Francis - Enrollment Operations Coordinator
Yolanda Francis is a native of Houston, Texas. She graduated from Lamar University – Beaumont with a degree in Sociology. One of her favorite things to do in Houston is to try different seafood restaurants. A fun fact about Yolanda is that she is a dog mom and has a love for both cats and dogs.
Something Yolanda loves about TCC is that it is a small, friendly community. When asked if she had any encouragement for prospective students, Yolanda replied, “Stay focused, be motivated and determined to complete the task before you to embark on a brighter future.”

Jeannie Lopez - Enrollment Coordinator
Jeannie Lopez is an Enrollment Coordinator at TCC, holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Beyond her professional role, she finds solace in the pages of books and loves to trail run during her free time.
When asked what she likes most about TCC, Jeannie said "the people here, everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming."
With a strong belief in the college's commitment to student success, Jeannie states: "I would tell prospective students that this College is the best college for achieving their goals with an ultimate support system in place and if there is any school that has their best interest in mind, it is us."
A significant milestone in Jeannie's journey is her status as a first-generation college graduate, a testament to her dedication and determination in pursuing higher education. Her personal experience further fuels her passion for assisting prospective students in their educational endeavors.
