No In or Out‐of‐Network Benefits Apply. Charges must be for necessary dental services and supplies customarily employed for the treatment of the vision condition and rendered in accordance with AOA accepted standards for practice. Coverage will be limited to usual, customary and reasonable fees.

NOTE: This plan has a take over provision, earning member and dependents having prior dental coverage (with a sponsored group dental plan) will receive credit towards periods.

Texas Chiropractic College provides all eligible employees with Basic Life and AD&D coverage equal to a benefit of $50,000. The life insurance benefit will be paid in the event of death while covered under the plan and the AD&D benefit will be paid in the event of a loss of life or limb by accident while covered under the plan.
