Degree Verification are available online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Credential agencies can access the Clearinghouse at: www.degreeverify.org.  

At the request of the student, the Registrar’s office will provide a letter stating that the student is enrolled for a trimester, the beginning and ending dates of said trimester and the anticipated date of graduation. 

Students will receive documents, normally on a trimester basis, from their lending institution for loan deferment information. The student must complete the upper portion of the form, sign the form and submit to the Registrar's office. The Registrar's office will complete and submit the form to the lending institution.
